Momar and Ibrahima welcomed me into their roadside basketry workshop.
For two months, I assisted them in their work in order to understand their know-how.
Following this insight into their practice, we designed and co-created the "rattan-tuning" collection, mixing wickerwork and rattan with bits of carcasses from the neighboring workshop: scooter repairers.
This project belongs to the systèmes sauvages scène 1 collection.
